You have the right to delete your MenMyParents account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains exactly what gets deleted, how long it takes, and two ways to do it.
What will be deleted
- Your profile (name, phone number, email, role)
- All voice memories you recorded (Maa Ki Awaaz)
- All food photos you uploaded (Aaj Kya Khaya)
- All daily check-in and wellbeing tap history
- Your entries in the shared family calendar
- Your push-notification tokens and device links
- Your consent record and authentication data
What may be retained
We retain a minimal record only where required by Indian law:
- Payment and GST invoices — retained for 8 years as required under the Income Tax Act and CGST Act
- Anonymised aggregate usage statistics — no personally identifying information
Shared content (for example, a voice memory you sent to a parent) may remain visible to that family member in their own account until they delete their account.
