- Your full name and the email or phone number linked to your MenMyParents account
- A clear description of the issue
- Date and time the issue occurred
- Any screenshots or supporting evidence
- The outcome you are seeking
Our response timelines
- Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receipt
- Resolution: within 15 days as required under Rule 3(2) of the IT Rules, 2021
- Takedown of unlawful content: within 24 hours of a valid report under Rule 3(2)(b)
- Data Principal requests (DPDP Act): within 30 days from date of request
Escalation to the Data Protection Board
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India established under the DPDP Act 2023. Details of the Board and its complaint mechanism are published on the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) website.
